What is your return policy?

Our return policy is quite simple.  All non-precious metals are "as is no return".  All bills, coins, and other precious metals are returnable with your original invoice.  Simply present your paperwork to the person on duty, along with your purchased product.  Once presented, the person on duty will evaluate everything.  If everything is in the same condition as purchased and the store has the need for the product, you will receive what you paid for it.  With gold & silver bars and coins, you will receive your purchase price amount back or 2.5% over spot price at the time of return, whichever is higher at that time.
